Pick up:
On pick up the item(s) need to accessible and ready to be loaded, we only offer door to door service so no indoors side of the house or back garden, in the case of ride on mowers the mower need to be ready to go, petrol tank empty or just enough to start (load/offload), tyres need to be fully inflated, if doesn’t start help to push will be necessary, anything else need to be agreed in advance.
Delivery:
Door to door service so your item will be fully covered for transport, once offloaded or disconnected (trailer) the item needs to be checked and proof of delivery need to be signed, from there you will be responsible to move, drive or push your item(s) to the desired location. No liability will be accepted after proof of delivery signed.
Payment:
If the pickup and delivery location is local and no more than 10 miles from our base payment can be done on delivery, anything over 10 miles full payment needs to be done prior collection and on booking by bank transfer, any other method need to be agreed before booking.
Extras:
We don’t offer special pick up/delivery date or time, we aways have multiple stops during the day so once we have the run set and organised you will be advised at least one day before with the ETC (estimated time of collection) or ETA (estimated time of arrival) and on the day a 30 minutes call or txt message prior arrival if requested , please keep your phone handy.
In case of delay, you will be advised by txt the new ETC or ETA so please keep a eye on your phone.
Any special arrangements need to be done prior collection/delivery!
On the day we going to be running on a very short pick up/delivery window so please be ready !!
